No membership at KinShip required. Fathers, grandfathers,
uncles, pastors and significant males in the lives of children are encouraged

KinShip Incorporated has recently been awarded a grant to
initiate a fatherhood program for dads who are non-custodial parents as well as
those who have the total care of their children as their responsibility. The
core group events listed above are an effort by staff and volunteers of KinShip
to nurture dads who may need help with relationships, basic care (food,
transportation, doctor visit, and school parent participation) and some place
to "vent." Other individual,
personal and confidential help is given to dads as their schedules permit. An improvement in the relationship between
dads and their child(ren) is a priority.
Dads spending more time with the child(ren) is an objective. Better social adjustment for the children in
their little “world” is a big plus to the outcome of the whole process.
